Engineers Syndicate was located at 5011 Hollywood Blvd in Hollywood, CA in 1955 as well as 337 N. Main Street, Moab, Utah and 624 Rood Avenue, Grand Junction, Colorado. They advertised as “The most experienced supplier to the uranium industry”. The Model SC-8 Scintillator was offered in 1954.

The Model SC-10 was a scintillation meter with a 1.5” sodium iodide crystal offered in 1955. It was an all purpose scintillation counter and could pin-point uranium ore in high background areas. They were the most experienced supplier to the uranium industry. It could accommodate a drill hole probe, Geiger counter or scintillation probe. It had an alarm and external meter and sold for $595. Accessories inlcuded a 50 ft Geiger counter drill hole probe for $75, an alarm and recorder amplifier for $228, an external probe with 2" crystal for $412 and an external meter for $42.

The Model SC-10A was advertised as an instrument that “Does Everything” in 1955. It had 24 ranges with a simple 6-range switch. It could be used for field, mobile or airborne. It could accommodate a drill hole probe and for $595 in 1955.
